We completed this new build house in Felpham for our client who had a vision for a new build house on a spare piece of land on their property. Our client wanted a high-quality, durable home that would stand the test of time, especially given the coastal conditions in Felpham. They were looking for a comprehensive service that would manage the entire project from start to finish, ensuring a smooth process and a top-tier result.
From Groundwork to Steel Installation
Our team worked closely with an architectural firm to bring this vision to life, starting with essential groundwork such as drainage and block-and-beam flooring. We constructed a steel structure to provide a solid foundation and integrated steel beams and posts for added durability. For the exterior, we utilised K-render, a modern alternative to traditional sand-and-cement render. This material was specifically chosen for its resilience, especially in coastal environments where conventional renders tend to deteriorate quickly. We ensure the entire project was carefully managed, ensuring a high-quality build which resulted in a beautifully finished home. After investing approximately £250,000 into the new build, our client sold the additional property for a substantial profit.
